Aspire LLP Chartered Professional Accountants (formerly known as Petluk Clarke LLP) was established in 2008 by its founding partner Will Petluk CPA, CA. Established in Peace River, AB, our team is made up of a diverse group of Chartered Professional Accountants with a wide range of expertise from agriculture, oil and gas, not-for-profit organizations and all businesses and services in between. Our firm strives to achieve the highest standards with our clients, assisting in all their financial needs.

Lynn Moulun-Jackson CPA, CA
Lynn was born and raised in the Peace Region. She has twenty years of experience in public practice, beginning her career in 2001 as a student at a local CPA firm. Lynn obtained her Chartered Accountant designation in 2007. She joined the firm as a manager in 2012 and became a partner in 2015. Lynn works with clients in a variety of industries, providing accounting, auditing, and tax services. She has a commitment to quality and integrity and is motivated to help clients succeed. As a CPA mentor, Lynn is also dedicated to providing guidance to students, helping them obtain the experience and knowledge required to progress in the CPA program. ​Lynn enjoys spending time with her husband, Steve and their two children Alexis and Kane.
Crystal Kowalchuk CPA, CGA
Crystal was born and raised in Peace River. She began her accounting career as a student in 2007 in Peace River at a local firm and completed her Certified General Accountant Designation in 2011. In 2015 she joined the firm as a manager and moved into the partner role in 2017. She works with clients in various industries and enjoys helping clients from the beginning of their journey right through and assisting in their growth.
When not in the office you can find Crystal and her husband Jody spending time together with their two dogs or spending time volunteering.

Janelle Dubois
Janelle was born and raised in the Peace Region. She joined the firm as an accounting technician in 2019. She graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a Bachelor in Management degree in 2010. When away from the office Janelle enjoys spending time with her husband Danny and their three kids Alex, Isabelle and Sophie.
